If I order from the online store, will I receive a delivery note?

The online store does not send items such as invoices that show the amount of money.

Can I get a receipt？

Can I specify the delivery date?？

The piercing post is broken, can I fix it?

I lost my earring catch, can I buy a new one?

Can I turn my earrings into earrings?？
